[6] ....Therefore, all lawyers should devote professional time and resources and use civic influence to ensure equal access to our system of justice to afford all whose who, because of economic or social barriers, cannot afford or secure adequate legal counsel....

[7] A lawyer should render public interest legal service and provide civic leadership. A lawyer may discharge this responsibility by providing professional services at no fee or a reduced fee to persons of limited means or to public service or charitable groups or organizations,...and by financial support for organizations that provide legal services to persons of limited means.

[8] ....It is the basic responsibility of each lawyer to provide...public interest legal service without a fee...in such areas as poverty law, public rights law, charitable organization representation, and the administration of justice.

[9] ...Every lawyer, regardless of prominence or professional workload, should find time to participate in, or otherwise support, the provision of legal services to the disadvantaged....
