Transition Board of Directors - Legal Aid of North Carolina
March 28, 2002 Meeting (BOD Mtg #11)
Wake Forest University Law School, Winston-Salem, NC
Chairman Pender McElroy called the meeting to order at 10:10 AM. The
Transition Board convened in Executive Session.
Glenn Barfield gave a report from the Executive Director Search Committee,
informing the Board that the Search Committee was recommending two candidates,
George Hausen and Donald Saunders.
The Board interviewed Donald Saunders and then interviewed George Hausen.
Following the interviews, the Board recessed for a short break and then
reconvened its meeting over lunch.
The Board adjourned by unanimous consent at 3:55 PM.
