    • Last month, WFU Law students provided advice to nine clients living in dangerous and unsanitary housing conditions.
  • Thanks to our Charlotte Triage Volunteers!
    • On December 10, fourteen volunteers wrapped up our last Lawyer on the Line event of the year through the Charlotte Triage Pro Bono Partnership.
    • Additionally, last month, a team of nine law firm and in house volunteers participated in our program, sharing legal advice over the phone with Legal Aid of NC clients facing significant housing conditions challenges.
    • The following week, our volunteer attorneys participated in our eviction courthouse clinic, where, alongside our Legal Aid of NC team, volunteers provided on-the-spot legal advice to over 20 tenants facing evictions.
