For Immigrants

We help immigrant victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. We protect migrant farmworkers' legal right to live and work safely.

Legal Aid of North Carolina only handles immigration cases for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and for survivors of human trafficking and their family members. For help with other immigration cases we suggest reaching out to our partner organizations.
