How to Provide Consent for SMS

To receive text messages related to your intake, please use the form below to provide your mobile phone number and your explicit consent. This consent is separate from, and not required for, receiving legal services.

What You Can Expect If You Opt In

If you choose to opt in to text messaging, we may send you messages such as:

• Requests for basic information needed to begin or complete your intake;
• Questions to help us determine whether you are eligible for services;
• Confirmation that we have received your intake information; and
• General updates or instructions related to your intake request.

Messages are non-commercial and are used solely to assist with your intake and related communication about your request for free legal help.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The number of messages you receive will vary based on your intake and any follow-up needed.

How to Opt Out

After you have opted in, you may opt out of the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send from our intake number. Once you do so, we will stop sending you SMS messages from that number, except for a final confirmation of your opt-out request.

How to Get Help by Text

If you need help with the text messaging service, you may reply HELP to any message sent from our intake number. We will respond with basic information about the service and how to reach us through other methods.
