Legal Aid of North Carolina’s Immigration Pathways for Victims only handles immigration cases for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and for survivors of human trafficking and their family members. Legal Aid of North Carolina’s Farmworker Unit handles immigration cases for farmworker victims of certain crimes where some or all of the criminal activity occurred in North Carolina. For help with other immigration cases, we suggest reaching out to our partner organizations.
